By improving your cycling efficiency (or
cycling "economy" as some prefer to call it), we're referring
to improving your body's energy efficiency -- or, said another way, your
economy of motion. Cycling economy is one of the most imĀportant determinant
of one's cycling performance. Your cycling economy is your MPG (or kilometers
per liter). Oxygen is the energy source -- hence you want to get farther
down the road with each molecule of oxygen you take in. There are a several
